Inventus Mining at MIF 2026: Advancing the Pardo Story

Wesley Whymark presents at MIF 2026

The Metals Investor Forum (MIF) 2026 brought together investors, analysts, geologists, and mining companies from across the sector for presentations, discussions, and industry networking focused on the future of resource development.

For Inventus Mining Corp., the event provided an opportunity to further introduce the evolving story behind the Pardo Gold Project and discuss the company’s differentiated approach to exploration, bulk sampling, and long-term project development.

“Funding Exploration with Gold” — Wesley Whymark Presentation

During the conference, CEO Wesley Whymark delivered a presentation titled:

Funding Exploration with Gold

The presentation explored how bulk sampling at Pardo has contributed valuable geological understanding while also demonstrating a pathway toward helping support ongoing exploration activities.

Rather than positioning bulk sampling purely as a technical exercise, the presentation highlighted how shallow mineralization and nearby processing infrastructure may create unique strategic advantages for the project.

Backstage Interview with John Kaiser

Inventus also participated in a behind-the-scenes interview with mining analyst John Kaiser, where discussions focused on:

  • The geological thesis behind Pardo

  • The long-term evolution of the project

  • Challenges associated with evaluating unconventional gold systems

  • Why paleoplacer deposits remain relatively rare in North America

  • The importance of methodology and continuity testing at Pardo

The conversation provided additional insight into how Inventus views the broader opportunity surrounding the project and the work currently underway to advance understanding of the system.

John Kaiser’s Overview of Inventus Mining

As part of MIF 2026 coverage, John Kaiser also provided an overview and introduction to Inventus Mining and the Pardo Gold Project, calling it an exotic exploration play. His introduction framed the company’s story within the broader exploration and junior mining landscape.

A Different Kind of Gold Story

Inventus Mining continues to advance the Pardo Gold Project near Sudbury, Ontario, a district-scale paleoplacer gold system with characteristics that differ significantly from many conventional vein-hosted gold exploration projects.

Pardo is defined by near-surface mineralization, broad conglomerate-hosted horizons, and growing evidence supporting large-scale lateral continuity across the system.

What continues to attract attention is not simply the geology itself, but the broader development thesis behind the project.

Unlike many junior explorers that remain entirely dependent on dilution-based financing, Pardo has demonstrated the ability to generate cash flow through bulk sampling activities due to its shallow mineralization and proximity to existing regional mills.

That concept became a major point of discussion throughout MIF 2026.
