Sudbury 2.0 Project

Big Valley Lake

Old patented mining claims in the area, dating back to the 1890’s, led to the discovery of an extensive area of mineralized hydrothermal breccia. The mineralized breccia returned assays of 1.4, 0.8, 0.3, 0.3 and 0.2 g/t gold and 1.3 and 0.4% copper. The hydrothermal alteration and breccia have been mapped over an extensive area measuring 200m east-west by 600m north-south and appears to occur in a north-south structure.

Winter 2020 Exploration

In the winter of 2020 Inventus conducted an induced polarization (IP) survey over the area and identified a sizable chargeability anomaly in the area approximately 400 metres east-west by 400 metres north-south trending northward off the survey grid. The IP chargeability anomaly remains untested with only surface follow up work being conducted in the summer of 2020. Approximately 100 m north of the IP grid where the anomaly is projected a grab sample of local float assayed 2.9 g/t gold, 2.5% copper, 46 g/t silver and 94 g/t bismuth.
